Mercury Messenger is a unique
communication system for receiving and processing text messages. All
messages are scanned automatically, e.g. for rude and abusive language,
using different filter techniques.
Mercury Messenger is the only system in the world that is able to
display messages (simultaneously) on different types of display i.e.
laser and video.
The structure of the video and laser display can simply be adjusted for
special occasions or theme nights. For example, logo's, commercials and
such can be put into the projection.

Mercury Messenger enables you to easily collect mobile phone numbers.
These can be saved in a database together with other details (sex, date
of birth, musical preference, etc.) and can be used for direct marketing
purposes. Using text messaging, you're able to approach your specific
target group purposefully and at the right moment (almost 100% of all
text messages is read instantly). The costs are very low, especially in
comparison with current advertising expenditure. There is no quicker,

Filter
Mercury Messenger offers the possibility to filter incoming text
messages automatically before they are displayed on the screen,
using the following techniques:
• Censor module : Filters messages on rude and abusive language
using a black list
• Blocking module : Blocks specific mobile numbers
• Interval module : Determines minimal time interval between two
messages from one sender
• Sender filter : Blocks messages originating from the internet
or from abroad
It is also possible to manually block (groups of) participants,
change filters and retrieve statistics (i.e. the number of
messages per participant and the total number of participants).
To Communicate
With Mercury Messenger you also obtain a new, trendy and
interactive product. Visitors are able to chat together and you
have the opportunity to join in or make announcements in the
form of program summaries, commercial items, urgent information
and/or SMS info services.
Through keywords, participants can activate special functions,
e.g.
#chat name=<nickname> : enter a (nick)name
On Video
Mercury Messenger offers the possibility through a special
module to display messages on a large video screen, video wall
or internal television circuit.
The messages are easily integrated with video pictures of the VJ
or visitors.
On Laser
By using the Laser Display Driver of Mercury Messenger, you're
able to project messages by laser. Laser projection has a large
attention value and enables you to display the messages on large
surfaces: think of outside walls or mountain-sides.
The laser module is suitable for all Pangolin compatible systems
and contains several scroll effects. Of course, it is possible
to set color, fonts and other parameters.
